We’ve officially completed year four of our Net-Zero journey with Planet Mark, and we’re proud to share the key milestones from our 2025 carbon reduction efforts.

In 2025, we achieved a 2.1% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to the previous year. We also broadened our Scope 3 reporting to include additional categories such as fuel- and energy-related activities, business travel, and employee commuting - giving us a more comprehensive view of our overall footprint.

Sustainable Development Goals

Our latest data review shows that our carbon measurement and reduction efforts directly support five of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These contributions stem specifically from our work with Planet Mark and do not yet account for the wider sustainability initiatives we continue to pursue.

What's next on our journey?

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re targeting a total carbon reduction of 2.04 tCO2e, alongside a per-employee reduction of 0.06 tCO2e - equivalent to a 5% decrease in both areas. We also plan to further expand our Scope 3 boundary to better capture emissions across our supply chain.

More broadly, we remain committed to operating as sustainably and responsibly as possible - an approach that sits at the heart of our strategy at Jac. Vandenberg, Inc. We’ll continue to share our progress openly, with the hope that others can learn from, build on, or even replicate our efforts as we collectively work toward a more just and sustainable future.
